Educación en línea obligatoria, percepciones de los estudiantes del MIEAC, futuros docentes

Abstract

Un fenómeno poco común en nuestros tiempos afectó a toda la población, pasaron 11 años desde la última vez que la Organización Mundial de la Salud declaró pandemia y 10 años desde que España declaró el estado de alarma, sin embargo, entonces la educación se daba de forma distinta y no había mayores opciones. En 2020, en pleno auge de las tecnologías de información y comunicación y, debido al Covid-19, la educación cambió y se convirtió repentina y radicalmente en educación en línea, si bien es cierto que éste tipo de educación ya existía y tiene aceptación, no es lo mismo elegir estudiar a distancia que tener que continuar la formación en esta modalidad de un momento a otro por obligación. Por tanto, es importante analizar cómo influye este repentino cambio en los estudiantes y cuáles son sus percepciones. El grupo de estudio en este caso son los estudiantes del Máster de Investigación y Enseñanza de las Ciencias. Sus percepciones son importantes ya que representan la perspectiva de maestros y futuros maestros que, así como les tocó adaptarse cómo estudiantes a esta modalidad, deberán adaptarse como docentes.

A rare phenomenon in our times affected the entire population, 11 years passed since the last time the World Health Organization declared a pandemic and 10 years since Spain declared a state of alarm, however, education was given differently then and there were no greater options. In 2020, in the midst of the information and communication technologies boom and due to the Covid-19, education changed and suddenly and radically became online education, although it is true that this type of education already existed and is accepted, it is not the same to choose distance learning as to have to continue training in this modality from one moment to another out of obligation. Therefore, it is important to analyze how this sudden change influences the students and which are their perceptions. The group of study in this case are the students of the Master of Research and Teaching of the Sciences. Their perceptions are important since they represent the perspective of teachers and future teachers who, just as they had to adapt as students to this modality, will have to adapt as teachers.
