This study focuses on exploring how the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the supply chain can drive efficiency and logistics management. By analyzing supply chain processes, key areas are identified where automation could generate benefits such as reducing response times, minimizing errors, and optimizing resources. The challenges and important considerations for a successful RPA implementation are examined, including integration with existing systems, information security, and staff training. Finally, we define the phases for a proper RPA project implementation and develop a concrete example of tool implementation.
