dc.description.abstractPreprint incluido en: XII International Conference on Virtual Campus (JICV), 29-30 Sept. 2022.This paper presents the results of an innovative teaching training experience developed by a Spanish public university, the International University of Andalusia (UNIA), under the title "Training for innovative teaching of online programs" and in the format of a SPOC course. Focusing on the expectations and previous training needs, on the one hand, and on the results in terms of participants' perception, on the other, we analyze the results of two editions, developed between 2020 and 2021, in which more than 302 professionals linked to education and training have participated as students.es
