Construyendo soberanía alimentaria desde la ciudad. Madrid, una mirada agroecológica

Abstract

Trabajo fin de Máster dirigido por Ángel Calle. La construcción de la soberanía alimentaria a partir de las herramientas de la agroecología, nos llevará al estudio de la realidad de los movimientos sociales y el consumo alternativo en Madrid, como referencia obligada de otra forma de hacer, creando sistemas agroalimentarios alternativos al actual. Para el fortalecimiento de este consumo agroecológico y de los productores, se propondrá la creación de nuevas redes y contactos, realizando un estudio detallado de las redes existentes en Madrid, para organizar y generar alternativas realistas a través de sus puntos críticos, con el objetivo de lograr la soberanía alimentaria en el contexto neoliberal de una gran ciudad como Madrid. Por otro lado, se pretenderá reforzar la forma de trabajar la soberanía alimentaria en los grupos de consumo, a través de una propuesta de indicadores. Una estrategia múltiple, junto con la emergencia de este movimiento agroecológico, nos ayudará a acercar esta soberanía alimentaria a la sociedad y generar cambios reales en el presente. // The building up of food sovereignty with organic farming’s tools, will take us to the study the authenticity of the social movements and the alternatives of food consumptions in Madrid, as a clear reference for different ways of farming, creating alternative agroalimentary systems to the present one. To fortify the production and consumption of organic products, I will be proposing the creation of new networks and contacts; also making a detailed study of the existing networks in Madrid; furthermore organize and generate realistic alternatives through its tactically important points, all of this with the objective of obtaining the food sovereignty in the neoliberal context of a great city like Madrid. On the other hand, I will attempt to reinforce the way to work the food sovereignty in the consumption groups, through a proposal of indicators. A multiple strategy, along with the emergency of this organic movement, will help us to approach this food sovereignty to society and to generate real changes in the present.
