Evaluación Ex Post de los Programas de Desarrollo Rural 2007-2013

Abstract

Trabajo Fin de Máster. Tutor: Juan Casero. The present work that I put to your disposition, which has relation with practical work, in

order to finish the program of “Master Iberoamericano en Evaluación de Políticas

Públicas”, in the International University of Andalusia, practical work which I have

developed in the company Tragsatec S.A., in the city of Madrid Spain, and it was

developed during the months: June to September.

I must say about this educational - labor experience, which closes the academician's cycle

of the program of study, and I can describe it as a long trip, full of learning, important

challenges and discoveries, where they have joined, knowledge acquired of the phase

presencial, as those that appear as in an intrinsic and natural way

Thus, I present to you what has been my internship work, which centers practically in the

Evaluation Ex-Post of the Programs of Rural Development, between 2007- 2013, of the

Autonomous Communities of Castilla-La Mancha, Cantabria and La Rioja, this Legal

Document is where each of the actors before identified, it establishes its challenges and

expectations for the next years, integrated basically by 4 principal axes: The Increase of

the Competitiveness, Protection of the Environment, Quality Life and Economic

diversification and the Innovation, these axes under the methodology of Endogenous

development.

In the development of the above mentioned evaluation enhance construction of

intervention logic and the evaluation matrix for each communities, tools of relevant

importance, where the results and impact can be evaluated, and if the objectives in rural

developments programs have been achieved.
